Position Description:

Providence is calling a Regional Manager, Clinical Nutrition Services to Providence Oregon region.

This is a full-time, benefited, leadership position.

Position can be located at any of Providence Oregon regional hospitals.

We are seeking a Regional Manager Clinical Nutrition Services to provide strategic leadership and ensure high quality, effective and integrated clinical nutrition services across all eight hospitals in the Oregon region. Primary responsibilities include leading the activities of department personnel and programs to support connected care across multiple inpatient and ambulatory patient care locations, including services embedded in outpatient clinics and clinical programs; developing and maintaining policies and procedures, establishing and maintaining performance standards, developing and implementing performance improvement programs; determining resource needs and developing departmental operational and capital budgets and cost control procedures; assuring the ongoing competency and skills of all department staff; and supporting Regional and System strategic goals for an integrated delivery system.

In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
Nutrition Services Management: Lead clinical nutrition services operations across all eight hospitals in the Oregon region, including clinical nutrition services embedded in clinics and clinical programs.
Supervisor/Caregiver Management: Foster an environment of empowerment and accountability, sharing information, and involving caregivers in decision making. Manage the performance of supervisors based on job requirements and core competencies.
Financial Management: Develop and manage operating budgets and productivity against regional targets.
Business and Quality Integration: Achieve compliance with regulatory agency standards. Identify, review, and prioritize opportunities to improve organization efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Related field Bachelor's Degree in Dietetics, Foods and Nutrition, or related area, granted by a U.S. regionally accredited college or university Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Ten (10) or more years of experience in clinical dietetics Demonstrated leadership and administrative experience
