Donald Altman, M.A., is a counselor, former Buddhist monk, and Emmy-Award winning writer who developed 12-Weeks to Mindful Eating, an outpatient program at Providence St. Vincent Hospital. He is the author of Meal By Meal: 365 Daily Meditations for Finding Balance Through Mindful Eating, Art of the Inner Meal, and Living Kindness.
