The Linus Pauling Institute is holding its 12th biennial Diet an Optimum Health conference on September 19-20, 2023 at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon. The theme for the 2023 conference is Precision Health: Living Better, Longer, and will focuses on the intersection between healthspan research and precision nutrition. As always, the major themes of DOH 2023 are on the emerging roles of diet, dietary factors, and bioactives on human health and disease.
Our conference program is packed with world-renowned researchers presenting about the following session topics:
- Defining Precision Health
- The Role of Big Data in Precision Nutrition
- Extending the Healthspan
- Interventions that Promote Healthy Aging
Abstracts are now being accepted for the conference poster session, Young Investigator Awards, and short oral presentations. Abstracts are due by July 31.
Additionally, the Commission on Dietetic Registration has approved Diet and Optimum Health 2023 for 13 Continuing Professional Education units.
