Come learn how to be HAPPY! Many of us think we're happy, but often it's not to the level that transpires and inspires those we work with or around. Suzie will present “The happiness survival kit” which is intended to encourage and inspire while teaching some basic principles of positive psychology and how you can use these little reminders to not only increase your own happiness and well being but to encourage and inspire those you work with and come into contact with on a daily basis.
Learning Objectives
Attendees will be able to:
* Utilize basic principles of positive psychology to improve their patient and client interviewing skills.*
* Incorporate principles of positive psychology to motivate their patient and clients to achieve success in their nutrition and health goals.
* Understand how their own happiness affects positive outcomes in their daily professional and personal encounters.
Plan to attend the last GSDA General Meeting, earn 2 more CEU credits, learn about happiness and develop your skills in positive psychology for application in your practice as leaders in nutrition.
