POSITION OVERVIEW
This position is an integral part of the primary care teams located at our outpatient clinic in Moses Lake, WA, and enjoys support from clinical leadership and other Nutrition and Diabetes Specialists located at our main campus in Wenatchee, WA.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assess patients for their individual nutrition needs
Provide pertinent patient education
Familiarize with and utilize community resources to assist patients in their care pathway
Complete timely and appropriate electronic chart notes
Function independently and as member of a cross-functional team

Master's degree in Food & Nutrition or related field - or - Bachelor's degree in Food & Nutrition with internship completed before Dec 2023 with eligibility to sit for exam
CDR registration
Dietitian Certification with WA State DOH (prior to start date)
Washington State food handlers permit
BLS (CPR) - training and renewal available on the job
Software proficiencies and ability to learn/function in electronic medical records program

Two (2) years acute care and/or outpatient medical nutrition therapy
