Stephanie Du University of Washington |
Stephanie is a Masters student in the Graduate Coordinated Program in Dietetics at the University of Washington. Born in the US and raised in China, Stephanie hopes to use her multicultural experiences and apply it to her future career in dietetics. Her areas of interest include Food as Medicine, advancing DEI in the nutrition space, and applying concepts from Chinese medicine to clinical practice. Outside school, Stephanie enjoys cooking/baking for friends and painting memes.

Maria Lazo is a first-generation student raised in Mattawa, Washington. She is an undergrad student at CWU, pursuing her bachelor's in food science and nutrition and minoring in public health. Her goals with her degree are to become a future RDN working in the clinical setting. There are many areas of nutrition that really interest her. Maria hopes to make an impact on a client's life one day with her expertise. |

Jessica Lovell Washington State University |
Jessica is from Battle Lake, Minnesota and is a current student in the Master of Science Coordinated Program in Dietetics at Washington State University. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences at Colorado State University in 2020. After graduating, she plans to become a Sports Dietitian. Her hobbies include adventuring in nature with her husband and two dogs, racing in endurance sports, hiking, water skiing, and spending time with family. |

Julia Nguyen SeaMar |
Julia is a Vietnamese American, first-generation college student. She was born and raised in Washington state and resides in Everett. She graduated from Bastyr University's MSN DPD in 2023 and is a dietetic intern at SeaMar. Celebrating cultural diversity, especially in cooking, baking, and enjoying meals with friends and family has always been a priority of hers. Her areas of interest include nutrition for seniors, the culinary and retail aspects of nutrition, and increasing the accessibility of food in communities of multicultural populations. Her hobbies include admiring (and wishing she could own) all kinds of animals, taking long walks, slicing fruit, deboning chicken, and laughing out loud. |
